Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Commercial Litigation practice group in their Chicago office.

The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Experience drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skills
• Ability to assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the Illinois State Bar (and in good standing)
