Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience in both California state and federal courts.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation and dispute-resolution matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case updates.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions nationwide, including travel as needed.
