Responsibilities

• Handle commercial disputes involving contracts, M&A transactions, shareholder disagreements, tech, IP, fraud, and debt recovery.
• Advise on disputes requiring urgent relief to enforce restrictive covenants, protect confidential information, and other assets.
• Work on financial services disputes, including matters for insurers, wealth managers, and advice networks.
