The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex business litigation and be actively licensed in Utah. A competitive salary range of $290,000 – $350,000 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4th–6th year associate (Class of 2022–2020).
• Significant experience in complex business litigation.
• Persuasive legal writer and oral advocate.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Conduct and manage written discovery and document productions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive court filings.
