Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Business Litigation Associate in Raleigh with approximately 2-5 years of experience to join its growing litigation team. This position offers exposure to sophisticated commercial disputes, extensive client contact, and courtroom experience.

You will handle complex matters, take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and work closely with partners on strategy. North Carolina licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, courtroom, and case management experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Attend court hearings and manage case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and memoranda.
• Work directly with partners and clients on litigation strategy.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
