Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (Full-Time) (Hybrid in White Plains)
Location: Hybrid in White Plains, New York
Salary: $125K - $175K Base

Must-Haves:

• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• CPA, BA, or BS degree in Accounting, preferred
• 2+ years of defense/commercial litigation experience (experience with accounting practices, public accounting, and/or CPA firms preferred)
• Knowledge of electronic digital documentation and e-discovery matters is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Caseware, Pro SystemsFX, and various other accounting-based software

• Handle court appearances and conduct depositions regularly
• Maintain client communication and provide detailed status updates
