Job summary

Jobot is seeking a talented litigation associate to join its Wilmington office, working with a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm on sophisticated commercial disputes. You will take on substantive matters early, develop meaningful client relationships, and gain real responsibility from day one.

The role requires 3-5 years of litigation experience, fluency in Delaware courts, and strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a supportive, mentorship-focused culture and hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Delaware Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
• Superior legal writing and research skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution.
• Appear in and practice before the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs.
• Support and collaborate on discovery strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients on case strategy and status.
