Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Salt Lake City office. The role supports a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters with exposure to consumer matters and construction defect litigation.

Hybrid or remote work options are available, but must reside in Salt Lake City, UT. 2+ years of litigation experience and Utah Bar admission are required, California Bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; other levels considered.
• Background in commercial litigation, civil defense, construction litigation, or other complex litigation.
• Consumer matters and/or construction defect experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong discovery, motion practice, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments with limited supervision.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active Utah Bar admission required.
• California Bar admission is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Take and defend depositions.

• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Gain exposure to matters involving consumer claims, construction defect, and other areas of complex litigation.

Salary Range: $100,000–$275,000+ depending on level and experience

Our client, a nationally recognizedAm Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Salt Lake City office. The practice handles a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, with particular interest in attorneys coming from business litigation or broader civil defense backgrounds. Experience involving consumer matters and construction defect litigation is especially relevant, but not required.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters
• Represent businesses and other clients in complex disputes
• Manage matters through discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive filings

Compensation & Benefits:

• Associates: $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel / Of Counsel: $140,000–$215,000
• Partners: $190,000–$275,000+
