Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join a well-established litigation team in Portland, Maine or Concord, New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and collaborate with partners on case strategy in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases and meeting deadlines independently.
• Licensed to practice in Maine and/or New Hampshire (or ability to waive in).
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
