Commercial Litigation Associate

This role offers exposure to sophisticated litigation matters across federal and state courts, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners at both a local and national level.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs
• Manage discovery processes, including e‑discovery
• Support case strategy and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work closely with clients and senior lawyers on high‑value disputes

Who You Are

• 3rd–5th year associate
• Experience in civil or complex commercial litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Judicial clerkship experience encouraged
• Experience with large‑scale litigation and e‑discovery is a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional excellence
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment

Compensation

Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
