Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Kansas City, MO office. The candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and reside in Florida, preferably in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities include conducting factual investigations, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediation. Florida bar admission is required, with a background in state and federal court proceedings and, ideally, a judicial

Qualifications

• Active Florida bar license.
• Three to seven years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Residence in Florida, preferably Southwest Florida.
• Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration preferred.
• Exposure to construction litigation is advantageous.
• Judicial clerkship experience with a federal court preferred.
• Excellent academic record.
