You have two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
