Dinsmore has immediate opportunities available for associates in the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups in the following offices: Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Dayton, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Charleston, WV; Huntington, WV; Morgantown, WV; and Wheeling, WV. Positions require a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation.

For the Labor and Employment opportunity, responsibilities also include advising employers on compliance with employment laws and handling matters related to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour law violations. Qualified candidates can expect a practice with significant client contact and handling complex cases for regional and national clients of all sizes.

A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia is required. Candidates willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in these states will be considered. Candidates should have a strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
