Commercial Lines Service Representative/ Client Success Agent

We’re hiring a Commercial Lines Service Representative to help us deliver exceptional customer service to our commercial clients. This role involves managing the entire client journey by building relationships, anticipating needs, and being accountable for outcomes. The ideal candidate can operate independently, think critically, and act with urgency. Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive troubleshooting, and effective communication skills are essential. Collaboration with others is encouraged to reach solutions. Advancement opportunities are available within the commercial team.

Current Louisiana P&C license is mandatory. Experience with EZLynx, HubSpot, Vonage, and Google Enterprise is a plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Attend weekly Monday meetings at 8:30 AM CST
  • Manage and respond promptly to incoming service requests via phone, email, or carrier portals
  • Maintain client and agency files according to KiG procedures for audits
  • Challenge vague underwriting responses and ensure carrier decisions are justified
  • Build rapport and trust with clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage during service interactions
  • Work diligently towards success daily
  • Seek out training and improve product knowledge independently
  • Collaborate with underwriters and clients to understand risk exposures and explain policies
  • Share new knowledge and inform team members about beneficial training resources
  • Provide feedback for organizational improvements
