Alera Group, Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent – Property & Casualty, offers a hybrid role serving Appleton and surrounding Wisconsin offices. You will support commercial insurance clients, coordinate renewals, process policy changes, and work closely with producers and account managers to ensure accurate service.

Responsibilities emphasize client communication, policy servicing, risk management collaboration, and maintaining precise records in agency systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications related to renewals, policy changes, audits, billing, and general service inquiries.
• Respond promptly to client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims.
• Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within agency management systems.
• Support producers and account managers in marketing new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
