The primary function of this role is to drive profitable growth, strengthen agency relationships, and successfully manage a voluntary commercial auto book. The position is responsible for evaluating new and renewal business in accordance with the company’s underwriting practices. Candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new and renewal business. Makes profitable individual risk selection/judgments/recommendations within authority, based on Arbella’s underwriting philosophies and guidelines
• Ability to review and accurately process endorsement requests
• Maintain accurate underwriting documentation and information to meet underwriting guidelines and authority
• Effectively manage a book of voluntary commercial auto business within the underwriting territory to provide excellent service to our agents, and meet company financial objectives
