The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager will support client and carrier relationships by delivering top-tier risk management solutions and exceptional service.

You will assist with marketing, renewals, policy maintenance, and inquiries, while maintaining digital records in AMS and staying updated on regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and AMS.
• Industry designations a plus (CIC, CISR, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Assist with new business marketing and client renewals.
• Handle policy maintenance; endorsements, rating, contract review, certificates, billing, and related activities.
• Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital records and manage a suspense system in the agency's software, AMS.
• Stay current on insurance trends, CE requirements, and industry standards.
• Understand and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Special projects at Management's request
