A long-standing insurance brokerage with a presence in Central New Jersey and New York is welcoming a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team.
This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing transportation and trucking accounts. They are seeking a professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing.
Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
Handle a mix of medium to large-sizes accounts
Utilize AMS360 for account management and documentation
Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment
5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
Active Property & Casualty license in NY/NJ
Proficiency in AMS360
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
Hybrid work model after 60 daydays based on performance
