Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty professional for New Jersey to lead client service for middle and large accounts and collaborate on strategy design and renewal messaging. The role requires 3+ years in P&C, a valid P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Document client orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participate in post-renewal meetings.
• Participate in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits.

Position Summary

With some guidanceandordirection, leads client service for middle and large accounts. Collaborates closely with senior colleagues on strategy design and renewal messaging.

May Independently lead ALL messaging on small without guidance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Prepare for andparticipatein strategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review,finalizeand participate proposal meeting
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy
• Participates in post renewal meeting
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable

Other Responsibilities, as applicable

• Setupandmaintainaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures
• Draftfinance contracts and create premium billing allocations.
• Reviewcarrier invoices
• Coordinate andfinalizepolicy check

Work Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurancelicense.
• Maintains effective relationships with clients, co-workers, and colleagues.Viewed as a team player and is cooperative and collaborative.
• Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services.
• Has an understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms.Able to provide consultation of coverage needs.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Sets to achieve day-to-dayobjectiveswithin the context of specified solutions. Develops and implements work plans for completing projects.
• Able to consistently perform/produce quality work,understandsthe urgency in various tasks, and consistentlymeetstimelines.
• Proficient in self-serve portals and manages client training andutilization
• Strong understanding of Excel

Compensation
