Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey seeks a seasoned client service professional to manage middle and large accounts. With guidance, you will lead strategy design and renewal messaging, collaborating with senior colleagues and guiding smaller accounts with independent messaging when possible.

The role requires strong insurance knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with EPIC and Excel. Base salary ranges from $77,600 to $97,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy
• Participates in post renewal meeting
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable
• Setup and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Summarize loss history
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures
• Draft finance contracts and create premium billing allocations.
• Review carrier invoices
• Coordinate and finalize policy check

Position Summary
