Job summary

Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors (LEIA) in Statesville, NC seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a diverse commercial client book, handle renewals, and coordinate with producers and carriers to deliver exceptional service.

You will maintain AMS360 data, prepare certificates and endorsements, assist with billing inquiries, and stay abreast of market opportunities, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS360 or Agency Zoom experience a plus.
• NC Property & Casualty License required; Life & Health license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for commercial clients — from coverage questions to claims assistance.
• Manage renewals, applications, and policy changes to ensure seamless coverage.
• Collaborate with producers to market and quote new and renewal business.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in AMS360.
• Prepare certificates, binders, endorsements, and other policy documents.

About the Role
