Legacy Risk Solutions LLC in Augusta, Georgia, seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts and partner with Producers to deliver strategic risk management and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of four years of Commercial Lines insurance or account management experience.
• Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, policy servicing, and carrier underwriting practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Producers, carrier partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Commercial Lines accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and ongoing servicing.
• Partner with Producers to develop renewal strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving coverage, policy, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare applications and market new and renewal business to insurance carrier partners.
• Review carrier proposals and policy documents to ensure accuracy and appropriate coverage.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, premium audits, and policy changes with compliance.
• Coordinate policy binding, billing inquiries, premium audits, and non-renewal activities.
• Collect loss information, order loss runs, and maintain client records and documentation.
• Maintain complete electronic files within Applied Epic and other agency management systems.
• Build relationships with carrier underwriters and partners to support account management and retention.
• Deliver exceptional client service and ensure accurate, timely transactions.
