The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license and brings knowledge of commercial lines, endorsements, and renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, preferably in an account management or client service role.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverages, endorsements, and renewal processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Middle-market commercial account experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day service needs for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, endorsements, certificates, and other service requests.
• Coordinate policy renewals, gather underwriting information, and work with insurance carriers to obtain appropriate coverage.
• Review policies and coverage details for accuracy and potential gaps.
• Market accounts to carriers when appropriate to help secure competitive coverage options.
• Assist clients with claims-related questions and coordinate with the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow up on outstanding items and renewal deadlines.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, producers, and carrier representatives.
