The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in managing a middle-market book ($25k-$300k premium). The ideal candidate has strong commercial insurance experience, excellent organization, and a client-focused mindset.

This role emphasizes servicing, quoting for new and renewal business, and collaboration with teammates to ensure top-notch service, with accurate EPIC record-keeping and support for non-licensed administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 3-5 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business consisting of middle-market commercial accounts.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EPIC software system.
