Job summary

HireRising seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve clients and carrier partners in Fresno, Modesto, or San Luis Obispo, CA. You will handle day-to-day insurance tasks, manage policies and renewals, and respond to client inquiries.

The role requires an active P&C license, at least 2 years in a similar insurance role, and knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty; proficiency with EPIC/Applied Epic is a plus, and a HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar insurance role.
• Good knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience with policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other documents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with commercial insurance clients and insurance carriers on daily requests.
• Answer client questions and help resolve insurance-related issues.
• Process policies, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and invoices.
• Collect information from clients for new policies and renewals.
• Work with the Producer to manage and complete policy renewals.
• Prepare insurance proposals and presentations for clients and prospects.
• Keep client and policy information updated in EPIC.
• Follow up on pending items and make sure deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers.
