Job summary

Brown & Brown in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will work with the Commercial Lines Leader and Office Leader to service the client base and collaborate with producers on new accounts.

You will build and maintain client relationships, manage renewals and billing, and ensure accurate processing of documents and data in the agency management system. Knowledge of underwriting issues and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of the industry.
• Insurance Producer license in good standing.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
• Manage and retain existing books of business.
• Follow up to address customer needs and resolve any problems or issues.
• Prepare billings and/or invoices on a timely basis.
• Responsible for the end-to-end client service process such as marketing and updating agency management system with final required documents.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly reports such as expiration and daily downloads.
• Prepare customer renewals, including proposals and presentations while ensuring agreement with customer requests / requirements.

The Account Manager will work jointly with the Commercial Lines Leader and Office Leader with respect to servicing the Commercial Lines client base. Collaborate with the producer(s) in the servicing and marketing of new accounts.

How You Will Contribute:

Pay Range

$36.00 to $40.00 per hour

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
