C&S Insurance Agency in Massachusetts is seeking a Commercial Lines Select Account Manager (Small Business) to grow and service a high-volume book of accounts.

Ideal candidates will hold an active MA Property & Casualty license and bring 1–3 years of commercial lines experience, with strong knowledge of GL, Property, Workers' Comp, and Commercial Auto. This on-site role offers a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities and generous benefits.

• Handle daily service requests including endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Oversee renewals, including marketing and remarketing to maintain strong retention (95-98%).
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage needs.
• Partner with underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage.
• Support producers with new business and account retention.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to better protect clients.
