Taylor Agency in James Island, South Carolina, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage an established book of business alongside producers and a marketing team. Build relationships, solve problems, and deliver superior service to clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in insurance, SC P&C license, strong communication, and detail orientation. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential for success on our team.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of insurance experience.
• Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Offering and issuing coverage.
• Create and update system generated proposals.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.

Responsibilities
