Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Role Overview

Insurance Resourcing LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive for the Senior Living vertical who is comfortable working remotely. This role involves managing large multi-state Senior Living accounts, primarily in California and the West Coast, with a focus on strategy, risk management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead insurance strategy and risk management meetings with insureds.
  2. Manage a team of account managers handling complex senior living accounts.
  3. Identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions, develop relationships, and analyze client needs.
  4. Meet sales goals and maintain relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Assist clients in product selection based on needs and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Progressively responsible experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive in an independent agency setting, handling large senior living risks.
  • Experience leading strategy sessions and team leadership skills.
  • Active P&C insurance license; CA Non-resident license if out of state.
