Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to theirAcentria team in Pensacola, FL

Job Summary:

The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator is responsible for daily servicing of clients including new and renewal business processing while maintaining exceptional customer relations with clients. This includes regularly interacting with new and existing clients as needed. The Account Coordinator I is also responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to insurance coverage. This position reviews processed policies as needed, services clients in a timely manner, and performs such other duties as are required to establish, service and maintain accounts.

Essential Functions:

  • Participates in marketing meetings and attends carrier meetings
  • Maintains open items checklists/timelines
  • Prepares certificates of insurance
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts
  • Interviews clients
  • Collects and analyzes information regarding the client and assisting in product determinations

Education & Experience:

  • Full time, in office position
  • High school graduate
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to attain state required 4-40 insurance license
