Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims, including litigation.
• Active TX All Lines Adjuster License or willingness to obtain.
• Strong ability to analyze liability, coverage, and litigation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough loss investigations and identify coverage and liability issues.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
