First Citizens Bank in Houston is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Commercial Lending Assistant) to partner with Commercial/Business Banking teams in the sales, servicing, and management of loan portfolios. The role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced banking environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in banking, particularly in lending support, and is highly organized with strong communication skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of banking experience, ideally in Commercial Lending Support.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn banking systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with bankers and internal partners.
• Experience with title docs, life insurance, deeds of trust, UCC filings, mortgages, assignments of rents, surveys, appraisals.
