Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 4+ years in sales, customer service, operations, or commercial lending.
• Experience in commercial loan documentation and lending support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing sales support to lenders, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for closings.
• Process credit servicing tasks and monitor reports.
• Monitor past-due credits and maintain customer contact.
• Coordinate deposit openings and handle customer information requests.
