The role involves extensive interaction with Commercial and Business Banking to manage client portfolios and assist in loan closing processes.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of loan documentation, especially in a commercial lending context. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office programs is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school or GED with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, customer service or operations.
• Experience in commercial loan documentation or banking position.
• Proficient in Microsoft office systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing sales support to lenders and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of loan documentation for closings.
• Resolve documentation exception issues and maintain service levels.
• Monitor portfolio past dues and maintain customer contact.
• Coordinate opening of banking services with branch partners.
