Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk
• Receive and review loan applications; obtain and direct the analysis of all necessary financial data
• Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits
• Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials
• Conduct analysis on loan accounts
• Conduct credit reviews to help assess risk
• Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline
• Build partnership and be point of contact for branch referrals
• Must develop and maintain relationships within the public eye
• Other duties as assigned
• Must remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
