What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute commercial HVAC system installations with precision and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior installers, ensuring top-quality work and professional growth.
• Ensure optimal material usage and maintain sufficient stock of equipment.
• Communicate with customers and project managers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records, including invoices, daily route sheets, and project reports.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Take part in cross-training opportunities to expand your expertise and impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of Commercial HVAC Installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Experience with heating, boilers, and air conditioning systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively.
• Ability to independently manage installations from start to finish.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing HVAC-related tasks.
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
