Job summary

ESD Associates Inc in Westborough, MA is seeking a Landscape Laborer with at least one year of landscape maintenance experience to maintain commercial and residential grounds through mowing, planting, watering, raking, and sod laying.

You are reliable, a team player, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Past landscaping experience is required, and you will use hand and power tools, operate mowers and saws, and perform winter snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year landscaping/groundskeeping experience.
• Experience with hand-held and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Operate commercial mowers, truck and trailer, chainsaws, hedge clippers, or pruning saws.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or pole saws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Snow Removal in Winter.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Laborer with at least one year of landscape maintenance experience to join our growing team to handle our current and growing workload! You will maintain commercial and residential grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, watering, raking, sod laying, with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our commercial and residential customers.
