Job summary

Texscape Services is seeking an individual to maintain commercial landscapes. The role involves safe operation of landscape equipment, trimming, pruning, and basic plant care under the supervision of the Foreman.

The position requires a valid Texas driver’s license, reliability, and a commitment to high quality customer service. Candidates with bilingual English/Spanish are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape work preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License issued from state of employment required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job sites as instructed by Foreman, including mowing, raking, weeding, edging and pruning.
• Operate equipment safely: mowers, hedge trimmers, backpack blower, aerator.
• Trim shrubs and perform basic pruning tasks.
• Assist with plant identification and care knowledge.
• Follow Monarch safety policy and code of conduct at all times.
• Arrive on time and complete tasks within time expectations.
