Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscape management.
• Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets while prioritizing quality and safety.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.
• Direct daily field operations, including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.
• Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
• Drive growth through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling additional services.
• Mentor and manage your team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead site audits and branch meetings, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Champion safety, maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
