Job summary

Russell Landscape Group is seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to own client relationships, lead field operations, and ensure service quality. You’ll schedule crews, manage routes and budgets while driving contract execution and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules and budgets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs and on-site QC.
• Direct daily field operations including scheduling, routing and crews.
• Ensure services meet contract scope and financial goals.
• Drive growth via enhancement proposals and upselling additional services.
• Mentor and manage the team, including hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Lead site audits and branch meetings to keep teams aligned.
• Champion safety and maintain a productive work environment.
