Job summary

Russell Landscape Group in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee field operations, scheduling, and budgeting, while ensuring quality and safety.

You’ll drive growth through service enhancements and upselling, mentor your crew, and partner with leadership to meet contract scope and financial goals. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management required.
• Excellent communicator with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets with focus on quality and safety.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., 21+, and holding a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.
• Direct daily field operations, including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.
• Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
• Drive growth through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling additional services.
• Mentor and manage your team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead site audits and branch meetings, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Champion safety, maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
