Windrose Surveying & Land Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a CAD Drafter for Commercial Land Surveying. The role focuses on producing topographic, boundary and construction drawings and supporting field crews with data.

Office-based with a busy schedule Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm, with some weekends during seasonal months. You will coordinate with the Survey Manager, perform algebra and trigonometry calculations, and ensure accurate timesheets and billing while adhering to company

Qualificações

• Minimum of high school diploma/GED; Associates/Tech Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional drafting experience in surveying; CAD experience.
• Proven CAD and survey experience; strong communication under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects with Survey Manager to discuss parameters.
• Perform algebra, trigonometry, and geometry calculations.
• Prepare topographic, as-built, boundary and other survey drawings.
• Prepare construction drawings for civil engineering work.
• Support field crews with point files, interpretations and data.
• Maintain accurate timesheets for billing.
• Adhere to company policies and work directives.
• Resolve issues professionally and maintain client relationships.
