Job summary

FESCO is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our Knoxville team. You will be the face of our company in the field, helping customers keep their businesses running by servicing ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dishwashers, grills, and more.

The role requires experience with commercial kitchen equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. On-call rotations and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales.
• Order parts and complete service paperwork.

FESCO is looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicianto join our Knoxville team! If you have a background in commercial kitchen equipment or a related trade. This is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you'll be the face of FESCO in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales
• Order parts and complete service paperwork
• Maintain your service vehicle
