Job summary

FESCO is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our Knoxville team. You will be the face of our field operations, helping customers keep their businesses running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dishwashers, grills, and more; perform preventative maintenance and emergency service; order parts and complete service paperwork; maintain your service vehicle; and participate in an on-call rotation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $30-50/hour

Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Candidates!

FESCO is looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our Knoxville team! If you have a background in commercial kitchen equipment or a related trade. This is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you'll be the face of FESCO in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales
