Qualifications
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe efficient equipment operations.
- Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Education
3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
