Smart Care Solutions in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to service and repair restaurant equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems. You will install parts, read diagrams, and work with manufacturers to diagnose issues.

On-the-job and formal training are provided, with opportunities for advancement. The role requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of technical refrigeration or kitchen equipment experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or related military service.
• EPA or CFESA certifications preferred and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems.
• Read diagrams and schematics and communicate with manufacturers for part identification.
• Install ordered parts promptly and maintain organized inventory in the service vehicle.
• Produce accurate work orders, time reporting, and receipts; follow safety procedures.
