Nextech in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems for our clients. You will work under the Area Service Manager, handling routine service, warranty work, and emergency repairs with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification and industry licenses preferred.
• 2+ years of Refrigeration Technician field experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service, technical ability and quality to customers.
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration units.
• Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with Dispatcher to maintain schedule.
• Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicle and proper stock of parts.
• Document services and parts using company devices.
• Identify opportunities for additional business.
