Job summary

Tech24 in Chino Valley, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial hot-side cooking and cold-side refrigeration equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and a phone; receive weekly pay, paid time off, holidays, and birthday leave, plus comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial foodservice/refrigeration repair required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system.
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls timely and professionally.
• Represent the company with professionalism and high-quality service.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development.
