Job summary

Whaley Foodservice seeks a Service Technician in Montgomery, AL to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.

You will complete paperwork, communicate with customers about repairs, monitor truck stock, and keep your service vehicle and uniform in good condition. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered equipment.
• Complete required paperwork for each job (parts order, work order, timesheet).
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status.
• Use proper tools for repair, monitor truck stock, and maintain vehicle and uniforms.
