Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Tampa is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, install new equipment per manufacturer specs, and deliver exceptional customer service during onsite visits.

Ideal candidates have a strong grasp of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems, plus the ability to read schematics. Valid driver's license and a drive for excellence are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
